1. Dashboard → User Accounts
To create a new user, start by clicking on ‘User Accounts’ in the left-hand menu.
2. Click ‘Create User’
Click on the ‘Create User’ button in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
3. Enter User Details
Enter the appropriate details corresponding to the new user.
- First Name
- Last Name
- Email Address
4. Click ‘Save’
Click on the ‘Save’ button below the details you previously entered.
5. Assign Permissions
After saving the new user, you will need to assign their account a security group. Do this by clicking the (+) sign next to the security group you wish to give them. After you have done this, the user account is ready to go!
Editing User Accounts
6. Click ‘Edit’
To edit a user account, click on the account you would like to edit from the ‘User Accounts’ page and click on the green ‘Edit’ button bellow the user details.
7. Edit and Save
Edit the First Name, Last Name, or Email by clicking on the box and typing the new values. Click the green ‘Save’ button below the details when you are finished.
