Log in to the Offstreet dashboard at dashboard.offstreet.io
Click on "Vehicle Lookup" in the left-hand sidebar
Select location and tenant name (if not pre-selected for you)
Use the "Lookup By" dropdown to filter your search
Enter your search criteria (ie., plate, code used, additional information)
Select the registration you wish to void
Click "Void Registration" in the right corner
Please note: the ability to void registrations requires additional permissions. If you do not have access to this feature, please contact your parking operator.
