Customer Success Story - Mill Woods Town Centre

Offstreet is proud to share our partnership & program with Mill Woods Town Centre in Edmonton, Alberta. Owned and operated by RioCan, Mill Woods Town Centre provides the community with an excellent mix of retailers and ample parking for the loyal customer base it serves. 

The centre’s parking is managed by REEF and with the added partnership of Offstreet the property can efficiently manage validations and employee parking, which allows them to save time administering decals and spreadsheets, and utilize LPR enforcement.

This partnership has allowed REEF to implement and fully utilize LPR enforcement, as well as provide a flexible validation option for their clients.

We are extremely excited to continue our partnership with both REEF and Mill Woods, and we look forward to helping them simplify their parking operations. Here is what Lorraine Elis from Alberta Support Services, a tenant at Mill Woods, had to say about her experience with Offstreet:

Offstreet was the first system implemented by our building manager. With Offstreet we are able to identify our staff vehicles by license plate number, track the number of stalls used, and ensure our staff have adequate parking. Staff feel comfortable that their vehicles are identified and will not be given a ticket for parking over 3 hours.

Offstreet staff are excellent in their communications, assisting with set up, and responding/assisting with any questions. I have worked in other buildings and have not had the kind of support or excellent customer service received from Offstreet.”
